Who I am

Growing up in a residential home with a parental business, I have been interested all my life in what drives people and makes them (not) do things.

I am a graduate psychologist, systemic coach and process facilitator, Professional Scrum Master PSM I (scrum.org) and Professional Scrum Product Owner PSPO I (scrum.org). The current profile can always be found at www.linkedin.com/in/ralf-stork.

Based on my experiences, I have completely changed my focus in 2021 to agile ways of working and accompanying start-ups, as well as my work as an independent interim Scrum Master and process facilitator, coach and consultant.

In my free time I do a lot of sports, e.g. handstand training and triathlon. I live with my wife in Hamburg-Winterhude.
